　　上海爱渡医疗科技有限公司（以下简称“爱渡医疗”）成立于2018年3月，注册地为中国上海浦东新区；是一家聚焦新药临床试验受试者招募业务的专业受试者招募服务组织(PRO, Patient Recruitment Organization)，致力于成为新药企业优质合作伙伴。爱渡医疗于2022年获得上海市高新技术企业认定，具备完善的质量管理体系。

　　公司从成立以来全面启动药物临床试验招募服务并同步拓展线上平台，创立“ai帮帮”和“ai帮帮之声”品牌，分别承担受试者招募和肿瘤医学知识科普的职能。

　　迄今为止，爱渡医疗已与复星医药、复宏汉霖、和黄医药、迪哲、再鼎、齐鲁制药、石药集团、信达生物、基石药业、先声药业、百济神州、恒瑞、康方等95+拥有新药独立研发能力的制药企业达成合作。服务的临床试验项目数达520+，项目涵盖多种实体瘤、血液瘤、常见病和慢病等；优势领域为实体瘤、呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病、自免疾病、CNS的临床试验。旗下品牌“ai帮帮”和“ai帮帮之声”已成功覆盖10万+的精准肿瘤用户及家属，践行了爱渡公司的成立初衷：为患者提供治疗的新希望，为医生积累最新药物使用经验，为制药企业加速临床试验进度。

　　Shanghai Aidu Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Aidu Medical)was established in March 2018, with its registered office in Pudong New Area, Shanghai, China. Aidu Medical is a professional subject Patient Recruitment Organization (PRO) focusing on the business of recruiting for new drug clinical trials, and is committed to becoming a high-quality partner for new drug companies. Aidu Medical was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai in 2022 with a sound quality management system.

Since its establishment, Aidu Medical has comprehensively launched the recruitment service for drug clinical trials and simultaneously expanded the online platform, creating “aibbang” and "aibbzs" brand, which are responsible for recruiting subjects and popularizing oncology medical knowledge respectively.
